The Team
At the foundation of Coral Sea Fishing is our highly experienced team:
- Sean Cauchois - General Manager; has 12 years experience in seafood sales, product development and operations with a background in engineering.
- Darryel (Yipa) Gould - dynamic Factory Manager; has exceptional seafood industry experience, from working on tuna long-liners in the Coral Sea to mastering the art of tuna cutting for Japanese markets.
- Rainer Bride - Operations Manager; combines large scale production & cost analysis experience with a background in engineering.
- Our Administration team is comprised of Toni McNaughton & Nirgia Pereira.
- Coral Sea is backed up by experienced packing and cutting staff able to meet the needs of world markets and our laboratory staff validate our world class products.
