This new fishery, offering sustainable & traceable & frozen Australian Albacore Tuna has recently been opened under AFMA management (Australian Fishery Management Authority).

 

Loin average size 2 kg (1.75 - 2.25kg), full trim, skin-off, dark meat removed, boneless and all caught by short trip boats Ikjaimi spike and straight into Ice slurry.
