ImageAtlantis Group has recently finalized the acquisition of a majority share in Coral Sea Fishing, a market leading company in food processing technologies. The company is located in the port of Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia’s  largest East Coast Tuna port, and one of the most pristine environments in Australia.

Coral Sea Fishing has upgraded its fish processing methods through newly developed and patented seafood processing technologies.

The inventors of the new CSF technologies, Sean and Martin Cauchois, are staying with the company after the acquisition, Sean Cauchois will be the General Manager.

Swordfish packagingCoral Sea and Atlantis intend to increase CSF's products presence in the Global market while introducing CSF's technologies in carefully chosen partner processing plants.

The investment will also strengthen Atlantis presence in Australia. The CSF’s kebabs have already been launched in Australia and have already proven to be very successful in Australia’s largest supermarkets.

The introduction of CSF's unique seafood kebabs at the Boston Seafood Show in March this year was a big success.  These award winning products bring a new and unique concept to retail and foodservice seafood and are perfect for today’s health-conscious consumers.

If you are interested in CSF's products please contact your nearest Atlantis sales office.  For further information on the technologies or the acquisition, please contact Maron Kristófersson or Sean Cauchois.
