Atlantis Australia has in only four years managed to build up a product portfolio of both imports and exports in the Australian market.  Our main species for import are Nile Perch, Basa, Salmon and Prawn while export  has been focused on Sashimi grade tuna from Port Lincoln into Japan.

Nile Perch
Nile Perch raised in the leisurely East African surroundings of Lake Victoria, the world's third largest lake. A healthy low-fat, low-calorie whitefish belonging to the same species as the luxurious Redlip Mullet. Excellent for a variety of cooking methods including deep fried or sauteed in a little butter. A fish that boasts firm flesh and a simple taste.

Fatting Southern Bluefin Tuna Slightly smaller in size, but with a flavour to rival the Bluefin Tuna. Its sweet taste and fine-quality flesh makes for a top-level fish on a par with any Bluefin Tuna. Feed for the Southern Bluefin Tuna reared in Southern Australia iscarefully contrived so as to create fat and red meat, etc. to the liking of Japanese consumers.
