 Salmones Cupqelan, has now successfully finished harvesting Coho Salmon, and is starting its first harvest of Salmon Trout in region 11. The harvest has been going very well, and the fish are in good condition.
Salmon Trout harvesting should be finished by the end of March. Harvesting is done by wellboat, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.
